Packet Pickup, Carb-load, and Silent Auction at the 5 Canyons Festival
Packets with all your swag and event credentials will be available for pickup at the 5 Canyons Festival on Friday, September 24th at the Holladay Village Plaza (corner of Murray-Holladay Rd. and Holladay Blvd.) from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Great food and merchandise will be available.
We will also have a silent auction for a number of very cool items, including ski passes, partner race entries, backpacks, restaurant gift cards, and more. All items will be distributed at the packet pickup.
Plenty of parking is available on the streets adjacent to the Plaza, in Harmon’s parking lot across the street from the Plaza, in the parking terrace behind the Plaza, and in the Holladay Village shopping center parking lot (4695 Holladay Blvd.) and the Walgreens parking lot (4714 Holladay Blvd.), both just a block away.
The start line is at Elbow Fork in Millcreek Canyon. A shuttle up the canyon will be provided.
The finish line will be at the Capitol Building. We will have chocolate milk, drinks, and various snacks for you. There will also be food trucks, so your family can gorge out while they wait for you to attain glory. There is plenty of parking available in and around the Capitol complex.

Each aid station will be equipped with ice water, EFS drink mix (courtesy of First Endurance), Probars (courtesy of PROBAR), and a host of other snacks.

Hyatt House Cottonwood, 3090 E. 6200 S., Holladay, is located just off of the course, seven minutes from the packet pickup, 12 minutes from the start line, and 20 minutes from the finish line. University Guest House and Conference Center, 110 S. Fort Douglas Blvd., Salt Lake City, is located right on the course, fifteen minutes from the packet pickup, 23 minutes from the start line, and fourteen minutes from the finish line. Salt Lake Marriott Hotel Downtown at City Creek, 75 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City, is located just off of the course, 19 minutes from the packet pickup, 24 minutes from the start line, and four minutes from the finish line. Note that you cannot use Amazon Smile with the Amazon App on the iPhone. However, you can set up a shortcut to the Amazon Smile website that gives you a near-identical experience to the app. It’s very quick and easy to do.
